1. Pick the clock
- Sleeping in Esperance (30–45 min each way) — day-highlights itinerary
- Park Stay booked at Lucky Bay (56 sites) or Le Grand Beach (14) — two-day camp itinerary
- Perth is the wrong base (~8+ hours). Do not invent a same-day park visit from there.
- Hard “leave the park by” time written down
- Plan B bay named: Hellfire or Thistle if Lucky Bay is full
2. Day shapes
Day highlightsLucky Bay first, then one extra (Peak if dry, else Hellfire / Thistle). Not Class 5.

Peak morningFrenchman Peak first while granite is cooler. One bay after if legs remain. Abort if wet.
Two-day campDay 1: arrive, set camp, bay. Day 2: peak or Class 3 section, then pack out. Park Stay first.
